Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact me within 3 days at tdonroe@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered so I have the opportunity to make it right.

Returns/exchanges
I regret that I'm unable to accept returns or offer refunds on author-signed books. I'd suggest regifting or donating them to a public library. Digital items are nonreturnable, but if you contact me at tdonroe@gmail.com with a reason for your dissatisfaction, I can refund up to 50% of the purchase price within 10 business days. Alternately, we can arrange an exchange for another item of similar value.
